Booking & Cancellation Policy

 1 Booking Confirmation

 • All bookings are confirmed via personal messages, email, Instagram, Facebook, or WhatsApp.

 • A minimum prepayment of 50% or full payment of 100% is required to secure a booking.

 2 Cancellation & Refunds

 • Full refund: cancellations made at least 7 days before the event.

 • Partial refund (50%): cancellations made 3 days or more before the event.

 • No refund: cancellations made less than 3 days before the event.

 3 Rescheduling

 • Bookings can be rescheduled to another date up to 3 days before the event.

 4 Limitation of Liability

 • Happy House Chicago is not responsible for injuries, accidents, allergic reactions, or other incidents during events, including bubble shows, paper shows, or other activities.

 • Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising their children at all times.

 • Guests with allergies, medical conditions, or sensitivities participate at their own risk.

 • We are not liable for weather conditions, force majeure, or the actions of participants.

 • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
